What is Copy Trading?
Copy Trading uses technology to copy real time trades to the users (followers) trading accounts. With this, every time xSP5.ai (provider) enters a trade, users (followers) can automatically replicate (copy) the trades into their trading account, in real-time.
Can I use investor password?
No, the investor password on the Metatrader platform allow for read-only access to your account. Trades cannot be placed or modified in investor mode. It is required for you to connect the copy trading system with the Master Password. Our in house copier system makes use of the latest technologies to make sure your personal data is completely safe. Your login details are kept in an encrypted format on the servers.
Do you support MT5 accounts?
Yes, but only Hedging account for MT5 can be used. MT4 account can be connected as well.
What is the maximum amount that I can copy with?
Our inhouse copier limits account size of up to USD$50,000. For accounts larger, kindly contact us at: info@lucrithm.com
Is the service refundable?
No, all sales are final with no refunds.

Expert Advisor FAQ
What are Expert Advisors (EA)?
Expert Advisors (EA) are programs which run on MetaTrader platform and enters trade based on the parameters configured in the EA, allowing complete automation of trading activities, enabling strict following of trading strategy while eliminating emotions. xSP5.ai is currently only available in MetaTraders5 (MT5).
What is Metatrader?
Metatrader is an electronically trading platform that routes orders to the broker. Metatrader 5 is required to be installed as xSP5.ai is currently only available for use in Metatrader 5.
How is the cost of program calculated?
The cost of program is 10% of user’s optimized deposit.
Eg: 20,000 USD deposit optimization of Expert advisor will cost you 2,000 USD.
Eg: 30,000 USD deposit optimization of Expert advisor will cost you 3,000 USD.
Expert advisor will cost a minimum of 2,000 if you are purchasing it with a lesser optimized deposit (less than 20,000).
Do Lucrithm manage my deposit / account?
No, we do not manage your money. Your deposit is through your selected broker and we do not request for your account access.
Will EA optimized itself if I deposit more money into my trading account?
No, EA is set to optimized based on the user’s initial optimized deposit that you provide us. Any additional fund will not reoptimized the EA system. As the cost of the program is 10% of user’s optimized deposit, raising initial deposit will be charged for re-optimizing (USD$100). We advise that no trades should be open should you request for the raise in initial deposit. If you would like to increase the optimized amount, do email us at info@lucrithm.com
Will EA optimized itself if I withdraw from my trading account?
Withdrawing profits with not will affect the EA. However, if account balance is lower than user’s optimized deposit, the EA will adjust the max lots that it can open accordingly.
Can I use xSP5.ai Expert Advisor with any broker?
EA can be integrated with any broker that offers the Metatrader 5 trading platform. However, we recommend Blueberry Markets as the system is designed based on their specification. As every broker has different contract specifications, a service fee may be applicable for readjusting specification to the broker of your choice.
What is the trading strategy?
The stock market and indices has always been bullish ever since inception. Though there are downturns, the market always recovers. With a medium to long term outlook, xSP5.ai is designed to identify “value points” while exiting when the price is optimal (exceed annualized returns) to maximize profits.
Must I run my computer 24 hours a day?
Yes. The Metatrader5 platform (desktop) needs to be running for the Expert Advisors to be active. If you are unable to consistently run the MetaTrader5 platform on desktop, we recommend renting a Virtual Private Server (VPS) or follow our copy trading service.
What is a Virtual Private Server (VPS)?
Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a hosting service which allows you to run the MetaTrader5 platform (desktop) outside of your computer 24/7. MetaTrader5 offers VPS hosting at a cost and we provide a free one-time integration to the MetaTrader5 VPS server. Terms and condition may apply.
How fast can I receive my order?
The delivery of the system is guaranteed to be delivered within 5 days when order is confirmed (after payment has been made).
Can I cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled if the system has not been delivered. If EA has been sent, order cannot be cancelled or refunded. For cancellaion, please contact us at: info@lucrithm.com
